A Detailed Project Report describes the project in detail, prepares schematic plans, elevations and sections and design brief and conservation requirements sufficient to draw the total project cost outlay. It suggests management and implementation strategy like phasing, funding etc. It is a reference document which sets the budget for the project that indicates all future actions towards implementation and making the project happen.

  Conservation of Jhargram Rajbari as a Heritage Hotel for the Department of Tourism, Government of West Bengal.

  Conservation and Adaptive Reuse of Alambazar Math as a Cultural Centre for the National Culture Fund, Ministry of Culture, Government of India.

Conservation and a site museum of a Buddhist Archaeological site at Moghalmari, for the Department of Archaeology, Government of West Bengal.

  Conservation of Temples at Gurap and Baksak for the Department of Archaeology, Government of West Bengal.
